Kotaro was born in San Fransisco, California. He is Japanese and American, his mother being from Japan. Kotaro was adopted. At age four, he was given up for adoption, since his parents did not want him, for some reason. Kotaro barely remembers it, but he's not really bothered by it. He was adopted into the Willy family, and grew up there. Kotaro can speak fluent Japanese, and had taken lessons when he was growing up. He can speak English fluently, with no mistakes, and no accent. Ever since he turned ten, he started taking break-dancing lessons. Kotaro had a very weird, but good sense of fashion. Most people called him weird, but he didn't care. He started taking piano lessons at eleven, and writing his own songs at age twelve. Finally, the boy turned thirteen, and met Ayame Aihara. He had a crush on her for a long time, and he still does.

MY PERSONALITY //
Kotaro can be considered childish. He blushes constantly, almost always, especially when he's around Ayame. Kotaro trips on his words easily, and sometimes mumbles things to himself. His heart is mostly with dancing, and he loves to show Ayame how to dance. He dislikes people who are rude to his friends, and he's quite brave. For Ayame, or anybody he loves (family and friends), he'll jump in front of them and protect them. He dislikes braggers, though he's okay with Brad braggint to him. Kotaro is sometimes called weird because of his fashion sense, but it doesn't really matter to him. Kotaro is a pretty good singer, and he also likes to write songs--but he's a bit too shy to sing in front of others.
